Wåhlin law firm represented the buyers in the acquisition of HD-house in Helsingborg. The previous printing house has a combined area of 12.000 m2 and has from the 60:s to recently been used to produce the Helsingborg Daily. The buyers are a joint ownership group who will let the building to offices and other commercial activities.

Wåhlin law firm partner Jonas Holmstedt has represented the consortium, consisting of Travetin AB och Quadrantis AB, in the aquisition.
