On December 21, 2016, Gocciani AB acquired the shares of Linette Här i Sverige AB from Patella AB and Ceramid AB. Gocciani´s business consists of online and phone order sales of products to hair and beauty salons. In acquiring Linette Här i Sverige AB, Gocciani’s business will be strategically positioned on the market with physical sales points and key suppliers added to Gocciani’s proprietary brand.
